SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) International

SAE International is the leader in connecting and educating engineers while promoting, developing and advancing aerospace, commercial vehicle and automotive engineering. LeakFinder A/C dyes are produced in accordance with SAE standard J2297, applying to dyes intended to be introduced into a mobile air-conditioning system refrigerant circuit for ultraviolet leak detection.

MACS (Mobile Air Conditioning Society)

Founded in 1981, The Mobile Air Conditioning Society MACS is the leading non-profit trade association for total vehicle climate and thermal management. Over 1 million service technicians have been assisted by MACS to comply with the 1990 U.S. EPA Clean Air Act requirements for refrigerant recovery and recycling to protect the environment.
