How it integrates into the process
Tracer Wafer is built-in at the factory. As the vehicle runs, the dye circulates with the oil. In the service bay, a tech scans the system with a UV leak detection lamp and the bright Tracer Wafer glow highlights leak points immediately. The result: quicker diagnosis, fewer retests, and consistent results across vehicles.

How It Works:
Tracer Wafer: 해당 웨이퍼는 에어컨 시스템 요구 사항을 충족합니다.
Desiccant bags: 2차 공급업체가 웨이퍼를 건조제 파우치에 직접 삽입합니다. 별도의 공정이 필요하지 않습니다.
Vehicle A/C System: 웨이퍼가 안전하게 용해됩니다. 염료는 막힘 없이 오일과 함께 순환하며 냉매 흐름에 영향을 주지 않습니다.
Service Bay: Leaks fluoresce instantly under UV light for fast, accurate service.
*Note: Dye lasts for system lifetime, unless oil replaced.
